Delivery Information

Online/Phone Orders are processed as quickly as possible during working hours. Please note that orders received after 2pm will be sent next day (Post Office dependant). However, please note that deliveries may be delayed during busy holiday periods such as Bank Holidays and Christmas. We typically use Royal Mail. If you have ordered on a Friday after 2pm Or Sat/Sun your order will be processed on the following Monday.

We’ll notify you as soon as your order is ready for collection—usually within 1-2 days. Please feel free to call us if you require this processed sooner, although we cannot guarantee this service.

Special Offers and Sale


These items are eligible for a credit note only. We offer a 7-day return period, and your electronic credit note will be emailed to you using the details provided at checkout. Credit notes are valid for 1 year.

Full-Price Items


Full-price items can be returned for a refund within 10 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible:


-Items must be in original condition


-Free from makeup, stains, smoke, body odour or perfume


-Unworn & unwashed with tags still attached

If an item is returned outside of our policy, we reserve the right to decline a refund. If this happens, we may issue you an online credit-note or may return the item to you at your expense, and we’ll notify you of any applicable shipping charges.

*Please note online order full price refunds for bank/credit card/Paypal /Klarna or Clearpay may take up to 28 days. 
 

Return Shipping

In the first instance please notify us by WhatsApp Message that you are returning an item(s).

  3. You are responsible for return shipping costs. 
  4. Please use a trackable signed service as we cannot be held responsible for lost returns.

Sale and Special Offers.

These items are eligible for a credit note only. We offer a 7-day return period. Credit notes are valid for 12 months. 

Full-Price Items


Full-price items can be returned for a credit note or exchange within 10 days of purchasing. To be eligible:
 

  • Items must be in original condition

  • Free from makeup, stains, smoke, body odour or perfume

  • Unworn & unwashed with tags still attached.

Items returned after 10 days are only entitled to a credit note for the value that the item is currently available. I.e. the item may have went into sale. 

 

Faulty Items

Instore & Online

We’re sorry if you’ve received a faulty full price item! Please return it within 10 days, including a note on your invoice describing the issue. The item must be unworn, unwashed, and have all tags attached.
We cannot accept faulty returns for items that have already been worn or washed.

Once we receive your return, please allow 28 days for the refund to be processed back to your original payment method.

Hygiene & Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on:
- Bodysuits or earrings. 

Thank you for shopping with us! If you have any questions, feel free to contact us. If any promotional offers are included in your order and you return part of your order, minus the promotional gift/offer, the cost of the promotion will be deducted from your refund.

 

GIFT VOUCHERS

Gift vouchers are only valid for one year and cannot be extended. We do not have the facility to extend dates even if they are out by one day. If you lose your GV unfortunately we do not have the facility to check or find your voucher number.
